Hi there! Our client out in the Southwest suburbs is looking for an enthusiastic Salesforce Admin to join their team! Must have had some experience with Salesforce while also having familiarity with Service Now. Please review the details below:
- Engage in daily standup walk throughs with the eCommerce team.
- Replacing offshore team of eCommerce support users.
- Verifying user information, route cause analysis and making changes to fix defects in Salesforce.
- Assisting with ServiceNow eCommerce tickets.
- Must have proven Salesforce Experience
- Experience working in B2B environments
- Familiarity with Windows PC
- Service Now experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
