Swoon is hiring a Change Manager for our client based in Baltimore, MD.

Who is the client I would be working with?

• Our client  is a financial services holding company that provides investment advisory services to individual and institutional investors in the sponsored mutual funds and other investment portfolios. The Company operates its investment advisory business through its subsidiary companies. During the year ended December 31, 2007, the Company’s total assets under management included $322 billion in equity and blended asset investment portfolios and $78 billion in fixed income investment portfolios.

What will I be doing in this role?

• The incumbent is a recognized subject matter expert in organizational change management, and leads change management strategies, planning, and implementation in partnership with engaged change sponsors, program managers, leadership teams, and other key stakeholder groups.

• Utilize proven organizational change management techniques and methodologies to shape consulting recommendations inside TRP
• Conduct assessments to ensure organizations have appropriate climate to adopt and sustain desired organizational changes—actively engaged to raise visibility into risk
• Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively with other professionals in service of shared internal clients—carry a lens of organizational change management expertise into team conversations and planning related to assigned initiatives
• Advocate for appropriate use of TRP enterprise program management and change standards—assist program teams in customizing tools and resources for local use while maintaining integrity of intended design and applications
• Use expertise to translate issues and strategies into actionable plans to ensure consistency
