Sales Account Manager

Switch is looking for a Sales Account Manager to drive client sales through dispensary management, customer engagement, and brand positioning. This role will represent the client with retailers and brand partners in the most professional manner as well as manage retail sales promotions.


+ Team-player with interest to learn & grow in a Sales position and the Cannabis Industry

+ Out-going, friendly, and talented listener

+ More than comfortable speaking in front of large groups of people

+ Displays strong time-management skills, able to complete tasks in a limited time-frame

+ Reliable to handle sensitive information regarding PAX strategies as well as CLIENT intel

+ 5+ years sales experience, ideally in-field

+ Experience in a customer service facing role

+ Cannabis industry experience preferred

+ Experience working remotely; demonstrates initiative to work independently

+ Strong written & verbal communication skills

+ 21+; Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required

+ Event Logistics: able to drive, set up and tear down of event materials, load and carry product & infrastructure, greet and educate consumers on products

+ Must have clean driving record and background

+ Will be drug screened

+ Will be background checked both driving and criminal

ESSENTIAL Responsibilities

+ Represent PAX LABS at retail opportunities based on GM direction

+ Responsible for learning and retaining full product knowledge

+ Acts as the face of the brand in the community and local market

+ Product inventory monitoring

+ Inputs activities/events into Okapi (reporting system) & event recaps after each shift

+ Maintain professional appearance

+ Distribution of SWAG, Merch, and Promo Goods to PAX accounts

+ Execute Door Engagement Surveys in Era active retail doors

+ Execute & maintain sales promotions in select doors

+ Dispensary staff trainings

+ Brand Partner communication to coordinate menu placements/out of stocks

+ Field Marketing communication to coordinate programming

+ Retail marketing communication to coordinate fixtures

+ Weekly GM/TSM/KAM pipeline review (recap/preplan)

+ Expense reports

+ Fixture coordination/logistics

+ Relationship Building (saying hello, visit engraver days, etc.)

+ Budtender advocacy/giving them swag & treats

+ Budtender interviews (to gather information for high impact conversations)

+ Merchandising (dropping off glorifiers, etc.)

+ Programming discussions (selling-in engraver days and other

+ Experiential marketing programs for execution by FMM)

+ Door Surveys (completed after every single visit)

+ High impact conversation (menu curation)

+ Outside relationship building (lunches, dinners, etc.)

+ Overall Client Support & Management; Customer service

+ Report market trends and field intel back to GM/TSM

+ New Account Prospecting Activity
