We are seeking a Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
- Manages all service related operations for the organization.
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Follow and improve the process to document findings on each claim decision using NetSuite (the current ERP System)
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- 3 or more years of experience; preferred Bachelor’s degree, but will accept Associates degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Hands on technical experience(i.e. automotive wiring, welding, hydraulics)
- Some travel required
