Job Description

We are seeking a Vice President of Services Delivery to lead operations for all delivery related activities for Swish’s rapidly growing U.S. Public Sector professional services business. This is an amazing opportunity for a services leader experienced with building high performing U.S. Public Sector Service Delivery Departments. This role reports to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO).

Swish’s GTM model is solution-centric focused on delivering mission-enabling outcomes by combining advanced technology and specialized services. Current project scope spans 50+ projects annually ranging from complex multi-year prime contracts combining technology and full-time services to single week engagements outsourced to partners. Example contracts include Veterans Affairs Enterprise Cloud AIOps, US Coast Guard SIEM/SOAR/EPS, and US Marine Corps Comply-to-Connect.

Key focus area: government technology professional services

Leading professional services at Swish will include a wide range of responsibilities which will include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Responsible for all day-to-day operations of 50+ programs of various size
  • Responsible for program/project management, contract deliverables, staff, time keeping, and financial performance of service delivery
  • Responsible to manage and develop staff
    • Consult with HR and Engineering peers to create and execute development paths
    • Develop managers in collaboration with HR
    • Develop service delivery staff soft skills and technical skills
  • Responsible to determine and execute staffing requirements based on workload demands
    • Consult with Sales and Center of Excellence to forecast new staffing needs
    • Work closely with Recruiting and managers to efficiently hire and onboard staff
    • Work with managers to develop, coach, discipline, and if needed terminate staff
  • Responsible for projects delivering successful outcomes for clients and working through difficult client situations when required
  • Consult with Solutions Management Office on creation, execution, and improvement of offerings
  • Consult with Account Executives, Bid & Proposals Team, and Center of Excellence to identify, capture and develop clients
  • Participate in industry events and/or working groups to promote Swish’s brand and offerings
  • Consult with Contracting, Accounting, and Finance on project controls, project accounting, and monthly reconciliation
  • Responsible for other duties as determined by the CTO

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science or IT related field, MBA or Master’s degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in IT program management, specifically cybersecurity in U.S. Public Sector
  • 20+ years of experience in cybersecurity or IT related field
  • Current Active DoD Secret Clearance required, ability to obtain and hold a DoD Top-Secret clearance desired
  • Experience with Federal Acquisitions Regulations (FAR) and U.S. Public Sector contract management procedures
  • Experience with PMP and Agile project management
  • Proven experience managing hybrid teams over 50 employees across multiple time zones
  • Strong collaborator with successful track record of working in a heavily matrixed organizational structure

Preferred Experience:

  • Master’s in Business Administration (MBA)
  • PMP Certification
  • ITIL Certification
