Women's Boutique Sales Associate

We are looking for an exceptional employee for our Carlsbad location. We are seeking someone to work two to five days per week, and someone who has a minimum of two years recent retail experience in a small store or boutique focused on clothing. This is a permanent position and weekends may be required. The ideal candidate will have a drive to sell and develop client relationships and be able to continue relationships with our existing client base. Advancement is possible as the candidate becomes familiar with our operation and our clients. Responsibilities include styling clients and overseeing the integrity of the store. The successful applicant will be extremely personable, energetic, organized and self-motivated. They will be very familiar with the procedures of an independent boutique, and be willing to grow with the business and help it thrive. Applicants should have keyholder experience, be comfortable in an individual setting, have strong merchandising skills and be fashionable. This position will require working closely with management. This is a fast paced setting and the ability to prioritize daily tasks efficiently is important.

We offer a competitive hourly pay, depending upon experience, plus a commission on all sales. We are a women's clothing and accessories store in business since 2006 with three locations in southern California. We proudly feature the hottest brands and exclusive local jewelry designers.
