Job Description Fast Growing Service Company is looking for a Customer Service Extraordinaire Must be an ACE on the phone. Must have fantastic customer service interaction. Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

Must be Honest, Dependable, and work well with a Team. Job Duties include but not limited to: Answering and logging all calls. Scheduling with high attention to detail Responding to email requests as well as other platform service requests.

Routine clerical and organizational tasks from filing to tracking data as needed. Must have computer experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, and QuickBooks desktop with the ability to learn our scheduling software and other software packages as needed. Hours are 8 a.m.

to 5 p.m. with an hour for lunch. We offer a benefit package and competitive salary.

Must pass a background check and drug screening. Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour D.O.E Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Paid time off Paid training Schedule: Monday to Friday (Occasional Saturdays during the busier season) No nights Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred) Company Description We are a small construction company that specializes in the repair and restoration of chimneys and fireplaces. We have approximately 20 Employees and we serve the North Shore, Boston, Metro West, and Southern NH.
