Account Manager

Job Description

• Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs
• Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships 
• Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates, renewals, trainer assignment/re-assignments, etc...
• Proactively reach out to clients on an assigned basis to ensure excellent service is being provided at all stages of the client journey
• Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met
• Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications or exercise field 
• 2+ years in a customer-facing role
• Knowledge/experience in the fitness industry
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communicator 
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers 
• Curious by nature: should be eager to learn everything about our business to better serve the customer
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
• Task-oriented
• Sales experience preferred 

Preferred background/previous jobs (preferred/not required):

• Customer-facing role
• Fitness manager
• Health club/studio manager
• Account manager for another service provider (does not need to be fitness related, but candidates must be comfortable in fitness setting)

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: 48,000 Annually 
• Bonuses: Up to 30% of salary based on performance
