Customer Service Coordinator -- Full-Time

Initial pay range is between $20 and $24 per hour

Sign on incentive:

$500 after 30 days

Another $500 after 60 days

$1,000 after 90 days

ITAR necessitates USA citizenship.

The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries and address issues. Limited warehouse responsibilities may also be required.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers by phone, email, chat, or in-person regarding products and services.
• Enter orders for new or additional products.
• Forward customer complaints or queries to the appropriate staff.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints.
• Maintain customer accounts and records.
• Limited warehouse duties include: operating forklift, coordinating shipping, and ordering supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills/Abilities Required:

• Excellent communication skills including active listening.
• Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience required.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
