Hello Garage Account Manager

Supportworks is looking for an Hello Garage Account Manager for our Hello Garage franchise network. Hello Garage sells and installs garage flooring, storage, and more. In this role, you’ll follow up with our franchisees’ customers on unsold sales proposals to ensure quality, resolve issues, and ultimately sell garage renovation projects for our franchisees to install.

How You’ll Impact Our Company & Customers:    

• UNSOLD PROPOSAL FOLLOW-UP: You’ll follow up with homeowners first by phone, then email or text for the purposes of ensuring quality, resolving issues, and selling previously unsold proposals.
• REVENUE GROWTH: You’ll meet or exceed sales goals determined by the company. This, in turn, makes our franchisees successful!
• CUSTOMER HAPPINESS: Make sure Hello Garage customers are happy!     

What We’d Like You to Have: 

• KNOWLEDGE: Preferred (but not required) experience with customer care, inside sales, or account management.
• SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES: A competitive nature to meet and exceed sales goals. Strong communication skills. A passion for providing top-notch customer service.
• LOCATION: This position is not remote, and requires reporting to Papillion, NE.
