The Program Manager oversees the ongoing operations of SupplyPike. SupplyPike is doubling our headcount by the end of the year, and you will have a very key role in that growth! 

You will play a leadership role in recruitment and retention efforts, hosting local office events (read: fun ), maintaining/increasing efficiency of the business, and carrying out strategic initiatives of the company. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the resources, projects, budgets, recruitment, and training of the Operations Team.

Key Responsibilities
Retention Efforts 
  • North Star Metric is the retention rate and satisfaction of all employees 
  • Maintain SupplyPike's Culture Code and ensure overall well-being of employees 
  • Oversee coordination of internal events (ex: Holiday potlucks and float trips) and external events (ex: volunteer opportunities and board meetings), including management of budget, venue, catering, event communication, internal promotion, and sending and analyzing post-event feedback surveys 
  • Organize SupplyPike's Weekly Roundtable (staff meeting) 
Operations
  • Optimize processes, software, and standardization across the team 
  • Research, implement, and maintain dedicated software across the team 
  • Understand, work closely with, and support other departments to accomplish tasks and projects 
  • Manage and ensure all SupplyPike employees' needs are met for peak productivity, including equipment, office supplies, and pantry 
Management
  • Manage Talent Acquisition Coordinator and Office Manager 
  • Hire and train new hires per hiring plan on the budget 
  • Ensure overall Operations team expenses are within budget

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field preferred
  • Able to build positive relationships with people at SupplyPike through clear, concise, and timely communication
  • Able to multitask and prioritize issues
  • Organized and excellent at time management and problem-solving and able to effectively communicate status to multiple parties
  • Process-driven and organized
  • Comfortable manipulating and analyzing data
  • Experience managing a budget is a plus
