Job Description
Customer Coordinators work to organize and oversee various projects and operational tasks at SupplyPike. The primary responsibilities include coordinating, executing tasks, and facilitating the overall productivity across the Customer Success, Product, and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and maintain current customer operations processes, performance, and metrics, recommending solutions for improvement when necessary.
  • Evaluate overall customer performance by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data and metrics.
  • Assist in designing and implementing customer retention campaigns. 
  • Support the Customer Success, Product, and Operations teams with various administrative tasks, including ad-hoc requests and projects. 
  • Data analysis and internal dashboarding around customer and product feedback channels.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from customers and other project users to gauge satisfaction and success. 
  • Drive customer operational improvements and strategic projects across SupplyPike.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
  • Organized and excellent at time management and problem-solving and able to effectively communicate status to multiple parties. 
  • Able to multitask and prioritize issues. 
  • Able to build positive relationships with SupplyPike team members and customers through clear, concise, and timely communication.
  • Tech-savvy and can learn new technologies quickly.
