Job Summary

The Recruiting Coordinator performs administrative duties supporting the Recruiting department.

Responsibilities and Duties

  1. Source candidates;
  2. Review received resumes;
  3. Post new jobs and keep postings updated.;
  4. Schedule Manager and Final Interviews;
  5. Schedule Excel tests;
  6. Schedule and Coordinate in-person or skype interviews;
  7. Create offer letters;
  8. Enter background and drug screening information;
  9. Order assets.;
  10. Compile new hire paperwork;
  11. Create pre-employment files;
  12. Disposition candidates in JAZZ;
  13. Facilitate Onboarding
  14. Provides administrative support for Recruiting Department

15. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

High School Diploma, AA or BA preferred and 2-3 years of related experience. Any combination of education and experience may be considered.

Knowledge of:

  • MS Office, Applicant Tracking Systems


  • Professionalism, integrity and exceptional attention to detail

  • Strong independent decision-making skills; excellent analytical skills and professional judgment

  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

    Ability to:

  • Understand, interpret, apply and explain applicable laws, policies and procedures

  • Utilize and manage JAZZ (ATS)

  • Prioritize and escalate matters to supervisor as appropriate

  • Maintain confidentiality of company documents and records

  • Exercise discretion in handling sensitive information

  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships

  • Pass pre-hire background check including credit screening
