We are seeking a Call Center Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for taking incoming calls from tenants in apartment complexes and condos.
- Set up cable Service
- Answer billing questions
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge and update in system
- Ability to type 30 words per minute
- Be familiar with Microsoft Word
Hours :Monday through Saturday 2:00pm or 4:00 pm start to 10:00pm or 12:00am
2 week training first shift 10:00 am to 2:00pm
