Job Description
Supplemental Health Care is seeking a Travel Hospice Home Health Specialized RN Supervisor for a Home Health facility based in Brentwood, CA. This position is a 3-6 month contract assignment with the possibility of extension or direct hire.
Details:
-New start up searching for experienced Hospice Supervisor RN to run operations, hold QA meetings, supervise RN’s Social Worker, Chaplain and LVN’s (6 total)
-Must be able to stand alone and conduct daily operations
-RN/Supervisor will do admissions
-Paid by the hour, not by the visit
-Weekly Pay
-Mileage reimbursement
-8-Hour Day Shift Position
-Immediate Interviews with ASAP Start

Requirements: Licenses/Certifications/Qualifications:
- 1-2 Years Recent Home Health Experience With Geriatric/Adult Population (Private Duty Experience Does Not Qualify)
- CA RN Nursing License
- BLS (AHA)
- Reliable Transportation and Auto Insurance
- OASIS Experience
- Kinnser/WellSky EMR Experience
- Must Have Supervisory Experience
