Title: Healthcare Recruiter

Supplemental Health Care (SHC) is adding a Recruiting & Staffing Manager in our Dallas office. At SHC, Staffing Managers are the front line of our business. They help us source, recruit and retain healthcare professionals across the country.

In this role, you will work to connect Nursing and Allied professionals with our valued customers that need them. Youll meet and build relationships with healthcare professionals. Then youll help them find the right employment fit. While theyre working on a contract, youll also help manage the various aspects of their assignment, and when the time comes, help them find their next job.

Roles & Responsibilities

To be successful in this role, youll need to be a strong communicator, comfortable with written, oral and in-person interactions. Youll also need to be a fast learner with a commitment to excellence.

In the Staffing Manager role, youll have responsibilities with both our clinicians and clients.

  • Recruit, staff and support healthcare professionals
  • Invest time in sourcing & recruiting activities to identify new professionals in the market
  • Act as a liaison between clients and candidates in the area
  • Understand and work within your metrics as defined by your office and organizational leadership
  • Provide exceptional customer service

Compensation

Compensation for this role is designed for competitive individuals with an eye on success. This is a salaried position including uncapped bonuses for hiring and retaining healthcare professionals.
