Job Description STS is looking for a sales representative to join their team We need a sales representative who is motivated by a great income and selling a great product. Based in St George, UT, Superior Technical Solutions is a managed IT support and consulting service that keeps business’ technical infrastructure running safely and effectively. It is the perfect time to join STS. The Sales Representative’s main Job Responsibility is to close sales, but here are some of the other supporting Job Responsibilities: Serve customers by selling products and meeting customer needs. Service existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.

Adjust content of sales presentations based on real data results. Take part in creating new sales campaigns. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.

Network, using STS’s networking programs. Submit orders by referring to price lists and product literature. Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, sales tracking reports, and weekly work plans.

Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments. Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

Increase sales skills and techniques through continuous improvement principles. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Sales Representative Qualifications/Skills: Highly motivated and target driven; motivated to sell.

Proven work experience as a Sales Representative Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business relationships. Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills. Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.

Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs. Relationship management skills. Closing skills Prospecting skills Self-confident Education and Experience: Two to five years of sales experience.
