Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Ensures guest satisfaction through a great attitude and a hands-on, lead by example management style

Utilizes leadership skills and motivates team members to ensure great guest experience

Inspects and observes team members and guests to ensure compliance with occupational, health, and safety standards and liquor regulations

Requirements

At least 2+ years of upscale/fine dining restaurant management experience

Extensive front of house knowledge

Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills

Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required

Stable and progressive work history; Strong work ethic
