JOB SUMMARY:




We are looking for an experienced General Manager for casual high volume bar & restaurant concept with great drinks and amazing food!

To succeed, you should be able to lead a team to:

  • Oversee food preparation and ensure that the quality of all food served to customers is consistently prepared pursuant to the highest standards.
  • Ensures that all back-of-house team members are trained, motivated and empowered to deliver consistent food quality and execute safety and sanitation practices that meet or exceed company expectations.
  • Place, receive and store weekly orders for food, paper supplies, kitchen supplies & cleaning chemicals.
  • Participate in weekly/monthly inventories.
  • Maintain budgeted food cost.
  • Write weekly schedules.
  • Manage shifts to meet budgeted labor standards.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of general manager experience is preferred
  • Available to work late nights, weekends and holiday shifts.
  • Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced work environment
