The General Manager position is a Full-Time salary position in a retail-like setting, with exceptional benefits and a strong management team that will build your sales and customer service skills. As a General Manager, your responsibility includes the overall growth and financial profitability through revenue management, guest satisfaction, and maintaining a positive and efficient work environment for team members. In addition, the General Manager uses superior customer service skills and managerial experience to develop strong relationships with guests while leading a winning team.

LEAD STORE’S SUCCESS BY ENSURING:

  • A culture that fosters mission and values.
  • Superior customer service through fun, friendly stores.
  • Assist customers with the application process by gathering information for credit approval, such as verification of funds, utility bills, insurance information, and pulling credit reports.
  • Manage costs and expenses for the location.
  • Manage local advertising following industry regulations and established budgetary guidelines.
  • Other duties as assigned by a leader.

  • Demonstrates ability to make prudent and timely decisions, is well researched, and reflects awareness of impact.
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, including a willingness to consistently provide superior customer service, the ability to react appropriately under pressure, and the ability to apply sound judgment in ambiguous situations.
  • Demonstrates adaptability by adjusting to changing business priorities.

Demonstrates ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.

 

 WORK EXPERIENCE and/or EDUCATION for a General Manager:

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of successful operations or general management and leadership experience.
  • Must have a valid state driver’s license and a good driving record
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Proficient at speaking, reading, and writing English
