Job Description

Our company is seeking a well-rounded, self-motivated individual to work as the administrative specialist. Desired candidate will have the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Work on Google presentations and Sheets spreadsheets organizing and analyzing data
Assist with marketing functions such as social media and sales material
Assist with sales and operational functions
Meeting preparation – developing agendas, presentations and taking meeting minutes
Follow up with Sales Managers
Preparing confidential correspondence
Organize and manage calendars
Close collaboration with the Executive Team
Conducting research in support of projects and strategic planning
Coordinate content for weekly Virtual meetings
Coordinating travel arrangements – transportation and accommodations
Managing household tasks and personal projects
Qualifications
Highly organized and detail oriented
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in PC software
Proactive, motivated, and driven
Professional, ethical team player
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels
Requirements
Positive attitude, with a passion for learning.
1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
Excellent computer skills
Highly organized and able to prioritize under pressure
Strong written & verbal communication skills
Proven ability to deal with highly confidential and sensitive information
Ability to task switch in a fast-paced environment and anticipate last minute changes
Attention to detail is mandatory
Resourceful Team player who is also effective independently
Proactive approaches to problem-solving and strong decision-making capability
Flexibility with last minute changes
