Location: Charlotte, NC (starting as WFH given as of today our financial client is WFH until expected spring 2021) - some travel to Fort Washington, PA might be required after back in office
Contract length? Target start date? ASAP through 12/31/2021 (likely into 2022)

Bank and/or Brokerage experience
Able to work independently,
Polished communicator-may have the head of digital or head of bank in their meetings

Skills: typical BA skills (Support the development of project deliverables such as writing business requirements, business process flows, and conducting meetings/presentations to share ideas/findings.) a 
Bank and/or Brokerage industry experience strongly preferred but cultural fit (personality and work ethic) of individual trumps that
Systems/tools: MS PowerPoint skills, MS Suite skills, Jira, Confluence, MS Teams and Visio / process skills preferred
Culture/soft skills: good inter-personal communications, attention to detail, diligently following up on action items, able to work independently and work through road blocks, organized, polished (polished communicator-may have the head of digital or head of bank in their meetings)

Role Description:

Defines, analyzes and prepares business requirement documentation
Coordinates with functional departments and end users to analyze requirements and prepare necessary documents and diagrams (e.g. business requirements and business process designs)
Creates a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions


Bank and/or Brokerage experience, Able to work independently, polished communicator-may have the head of digital or head of bank in their meetings); 4-7 Years Exp.The ideal candidate must be passionate about delivering results, must be an innovative and strategic thinker, willing to challenge status quo, can learn quickly, is self-motivated, detail oriented, and can sift through voluminous amounts of information to pinpoint which items are relevant for inclusion in the future state solution (COTS and / or custom developed). The Business Analyst will need blend of business skills and experience in leading cross-functional initiatives that enable them to facilitate sessions with multiple stakeholders to drive measurable results. This role will require impeccable organizational, time management, and communication skills, and must work well in a matrix organization.
