Based in Madison Mississippi, Sunray operates great brands including Palm Beach Tan tanning salons, Hampton Inn Hotel and Suites, Holiday Inn Express, and Massage Envy clinics in Mississippi and Louisiana. We invite like-minded candidates who desire a positive, motivating culture with long-term career opportunities to apply.This position requires working on site at our corporate office Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and additional hours as required.What We Offer: Salary (depending on experience)Employee discount on some of our brand products and servicesA welcoming, team oriented atmosphere.Medical, Vision and Dental Benefits401K OpportunitiesPaid Time OffResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:Social media management of businesses with a focus on ad campaignsCreate graphics and materials such as flyers, ads, handouts, presentations and similar using Microsoft Publisher and PowerPointCreate written content for website, social media, recruiting and other campaignsOversee coordination and execution of community and retail events in partnership with unit managementCreate, maintain and analyze reports and spreadsheets tied to marketing, sales, campaigns and similar projectsPlace ad and digital media requests as requiredCoordinate and execute designated culture touchpointsAssist with administrative tasks as requiredSpecial projects or other duties as assigned by the VP of Culture & Marketing or company ownersQualifications:Four-year degree in Marketing, Communications or related field is required.A minimum of two years' experience in marketing, advertising, social media management, community marketing or similar work experience is a plus.Extensive knowledge and use of the full Microsoft Office Suite especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher are required along with basic graphic design skills.Deep understanding and use of all forms of social media is required. Background in social media ad campaigns, digital search and SEO are a plus.Self-starter and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail, problem resolution, analyzation and reasoning abilities is a must.Strong written and communications skills are required.Positive energy that facilitates a culture of teamwork.Some travel, evenings and weekends are required.
