Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are seeking a Branch Manager/ Business Development Officer! You will be responsible for the effective management and profitable operation of your assigned branch office.
Responsibilities:
- Engage in business development activities and solicitation of new deposit and loan prospects
- Ability to take applications for all mortgage loans and home equity lines of credit
- Oversee daily operations of branch office, including product sales and customer service
- Provide leadership, training, and supervision to branch staff
- Maintain knowledge of security and safety policies & procedures
- Provide superior customer service
- Participate in Senior Management Committees (Marketing/ CRA)
- Review branch costs and goals for optimal budget planning
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as financial branch management, or other financial services (5 years minimum)
- Knowledge of common banking practices and regulations
- Strong leadership and mentoring qualities
- Ability to work under pressure
