As a Customer Service Event Representative, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, focusing on community fundraising initiatives and providing exceptional customer service at on-site events.

Responsibilities:

  • Representing our clients with professionalism and addressing customer inquiries in person during events
  • Delivering outstanding service by promptly and effectively responding to all questions and requests
  • Participating in daily meetings and workshops to stay informed about new services and programs
  • Fulfilling additional tasks as assigned by the management team

Requirements:
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Full-time availability to work on-site
  • Quick learner with excellent communication skills
  • While experience in customer service, fundraising, hospitality, or public relations is beneficial, it is not mandatory
