Job Description

Sunland Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Estimator for immediate placement as part of our San Antonio office in the San Antonio Airport. The Sr. Estimator will be responsible for providing detailed cost estimates based upon conceptual documents as well as schematic, design development, and construction documents. The Sr. Estimator must interface with other estimating disciplines as well as the other members of the Project Team and Owner Representatives.

Excellent spoken and written communication skills
Presentation and communication skills appropriate for meetings with clients and management
10 years of construction estimating experience
Ability to provide cost at a conceptual level
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Preferences:

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Architectural, Construction Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or similar field of study preferred.
Field experience may be substituted for educational requirements.
Aviation experience
