Project Controls Manager

We are seeking a Project Controls Manager to join our team! 

Preferred Experience :

• Experience with Project Life Cycle, strong understanding of stage gates, project life cycle
• Scrum or Agile Training, Greenbelt or Blackbelt practitioner
• Experience in writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), strong technical writer
• Has completed multiple projects from inception to asset turnover, preferably in a variety of roles including Project Manager, Project Controls Manager, Contracts Manager, etc.
• Experience in Process Improvement Implementation
• Preferred advanced skills in project risk management

​Software Knowledge:

• Must have advanced technical proficiency in MS Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams
• Preference to have experience with a whiteboarding tool such as Miro
• Experience with Primavera P6, Unifier & Analytics, Workday, PowerBI preferred 

Certifications Preferred:

• PMP, CCP, EVP, PSP, PRMP

This role may require:

• Project Controls Manager (PCC) for individual projects managing cost, schedule, risk, change, document control, and reporting
• Host risk workshops and complete risk assessments and initial risk registers for multiple projects
• Provide Lead Technical Support in establishing organizational governance for projects, including investigation and presentation of best practice recommendations, creation of documents including technical writing and graphics
• Provide Lead Technical Support in creating a tiered project life cycle model
• Organize and moderate stakeholder workshops and steering committees for key deliverable buy-in
• Plan and implement organizational change management for successful integration of new governance/life cycle model
• Coordinate and support in delegation of tasks to a wider tam and ensure deliverables are met
• Provide quality assurance reviews for all client deliverable
