Sundance Office is looking for B2B outside sales representatives with experience working in the office supply industry to help grow our business in the Oklahoma City market.
We are looking for personable individuals with excellent customer service skills who are comfortable cold calling both over the phone and via walk-in meetings. Our desired candidate is self-motivated and has strong communication skills.
Average work week is 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday. Responsibilities include a blend of over the phone and in person visits to clients. Assisting customers and creatively finding solutions to help our customers manage their office supply ordering.
Position includes base pay with commission bonus, heath insurance, dental (optional), paid time off and retirement.
- Cold Calling
- Prospect and contact potential customers in person
- Following up on cold calls to generate warm leads for yourself
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Go on warm leads setup by our internal sales staff to present Sundance and all our products and services to customers
- Work with internal sales staff on finalizing quotes for customers so you can present them to the customer in a knowledgeable way.
- Walk customers through the website and the ordering process
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Previous experience in outside sales
