Job Title: Information Technology - IT Manager Department/Group: IT Position Type: Full time Regular Program Location: 26 Health Reports To: Travel Required: No Supervises: Revision Date: Position Summary: This role will be the administrative hub and property wide first point of contact for all Information technology issues. In addition to providing recommendations and limited oversite for ISPs, Cable providers, and Cellular carriers among others, this individual will also support the property with hands-on information technology support and deploy the Network Administrator as needed. Finally, this position will also support the strategic deployment and management of all property technology assets. Essential Functions / Job Duties: • Act as a liaison between users, operations, and program staff in the areas of information technology deployment and troubleshooting. • Oversee the overall maintenance and support of the Client computers. • Troubleshoot network and computer related problems. • Contribute to and manage the SOPs regarding hardware and software deployment property-wide. • Ensure that the Clients technology inventory list is maintained. • Provide needed IT training and support. • Participates in the plans for implementation and migration of new projects and systems. • Participates in the development on the long range strategic implementation of IT property-wide. • Keeps maintenance and warranty records. • Works with providers to ensure that all equipment and software are current and all software is properly licensed. • Maintains proper storage of surplus IT equipment. • Performs related work as required and/or assigned. Qualifications, Skills and Abilities Required: Page 2 of 2 • Degree in Information Technology with an MIS preferred or 8 years of applicable experience. • Minimum of 4 years information technology experience • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and work with high level professional staff. • Proficient in networks and wireless networking. • Proficient in all Microsoft OS systems as well as Microsoft Office products. • Strong computer hardware and software knowledge. • Demonstrated commitment to high level customer service and satisfaction. • Ability to work well in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. • Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to interact with individuals at all levels. • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. • Bilingual, English and Spanish, is a plus. • Organized and detail oriented.
