Customer Service Specialist

This Customer Service Specialist should enjoy working with others as a team as well as independently, providing meticulous accuracy and time management skills to effectively resolve customer/client problems. 

Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
  • Deal effectively with and tactfully with a wide variety of individuals via e-mail or telephone
  • Provide support to management and team with exceptional attention to detail, and a strong desire to complete tasks
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a professional demeanor are essential
  • Work independently to resolve practical problems while interacting with co-workers
  • Work well under pressure and fast paced environment
  • Maintain and log data relating to purchase orders.
  • Manage our deliveries for purchase orders.



Requirements
Requirements:
  • Outstanding verbal and written communications.
  • Strong computer literacy, including experience in Word and Excel.
  • Ability to prioritize and complete tasks on a daily basis.
  • Customer Service Experience required.
  • Minimum 3 years of Customer Service experience
  • Minimum 3 years of Administrative experience
  • Entry, logging, and maintaining data experience 
  • Job Type: Full-time
