This Customer Service Specialist should enjoy working with others as a team as well as independently, providing meticulous accuracy and time management skills to effectively resolve customer/client problems.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
- Deal effectively with and tactfully with a wide variety of individuals via e-mail or telephone
- Provide support to management and team with exceptional attention to detail, and a strong desire to complete tasks
- Reliability, punctuality, and a professional demeanor are essential
- Work independently to resolve practical problems while interacting with co-workers
- Work well under pressure and fast paced environment
- Maintain and log data relating to purchase orders.
- Manage our deliveries for purchase orders.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Outstanding verbal and written communications.
- Strong computer literacy, including experience in Word and Excel.
- Ability to prioritize and complete tasks on a daily basis.
- Customer Service Experience required.
- Minimum 3 years of Customer Service experience
- Minimum 3 years of Administrative experience
- Entry, logging, and maintaining data experience
