Outside Sales Representative / In-Home Sales & Design Consultant

We are the manufacturer of the most well known and highest quality interior custom shutters with retail locations nationwide. We are an award winning service provider for multiple home improvement and design partners, offering a full line of window treatments focused on (but not limited to) interior shutters. We are currently seeking a self-motivated person to join us as an In-Home Sales & Design Consultant.

Job Details: Conducting in-home sales & design appointments, demonstrating our quality products, explaining the benefits and options and providing in-home quotes and close the sale.

Looking for someone nights and weekends.

Requirements

For this position, we require someone with a minimum of 2 years sales experience and experience with home improvement, interior design or window treatments. A clean driving record is required (vehicle provided) in addition to a pre-employment background check. Must be able to work 1 evening per week and 1 Saturday per month.

We are seeking energetic, self motivated individuals with the following qualities:

• Ability to accurately use and read a tape measure
• High standard of integrity and strong work ethic
• General computer skills

We provide all product training and provide ongoing support.
