Job Description

The Role:

Sunbit, Inc., a rapidly growing FinTech startup, is looking for an outgoing, friendly, and ambitious Call Center Representative for our Las Vegas, Nevada office. Your job will be to answer incoming calls from our retail partners in a fast-paced call center environment. Key responsibilities include technical support and troubleshooting software and hardware, along with answering financing questions. This will be an hourly position that requires schedule flexibility with possible nights and/or weekends.

 

Duties:

• Answer inquiries from retail partners via phone and/or email

• Troubleshoot technical issues

• Keep detailed records of all communication

• Follow up with partners to ensure any issues are resolved

• Maintain a strong knowledge of various processes and procedures

 

Experience / Skills Required:

• Friendly and helpful phone demeanor

• Call center experience (B2B and B2C experience is a bonus)

• Technical troubleshooting skills

• Good typing and computer skills

• Strong written communication skills

• Attention to detail

• Time management skills

• Basic experience with Apple products (iPad or iPhone)
