We offer exceptional training, ongoing coaching, and personal mentors; so previous experience in healthcare or recruiting is not necessary.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively organize, prioritize, and multitask.
  • Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service is favorable.

Other Details:

  • This is NOT a remote position. Applicants must come into the office daily. Located in Oldsmar, FL.
  • Monday to Friday - Full Time - Flexible hours after 100 days.
  • Competitive salary PLUS uncapped commission.
  • Benefits, 401k, PTO, and much more.

Responsibilities:

  • Post our client's jobs online.
  • Recruit healthcare professionals via phone, email, and social media.
  • Assist credentialing and payroll with obtaining secure documents from your healthcare professionals.
