Title:Call Center Representative--Bilingual (Healthcare/Medical Experience)
Duration : Temp to Hire
Location: Oceanside, CA 92054
• Associates degree or two years’ equivalent work experience (plus additional required experience).
• Five to seven (5-7) years’ experience in a call center or customer service department/environment with at least one (1) year in the healthcare or insurance industry.
• At least one (1) year experience with dealing with escalated calls
• Professional experience with both commercial and managed care health plans.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and triage procedure.
• Experience with data entry and Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• At least one (1) year experience working with computerized scheduling systems.
• Experience with creating training materials, including job aids, workflows, and scripting
