Solar Installer

Looking for an installer that is customer service focused with a good positive attitude. No experience necessary-WE WILL TRAIN!!! Job Responsibilities:

• Installation of solar systems on roofs of residential and commercial clients
• Work a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Follow all safety requirements

Qualifications

· Roofing experience recommended; construction related experience recommended; solar installation a plus

· Possess full range of mobility in upper and lower body

· Ability to work in various positions, including but not limited to, stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling and squatting for extended periods

· Must be able to work in direct sunlight for extended periods

· Ability to work on rooftops and from ladders in a safe manner

· Be able to lift, pull and push materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks

· Be able to lift 50 pounds of weight frequently throughout the assigned workday

· Have and maintain a valid driver’s license with good driving record

· Professional appearance and client interaction

· Be able to travel

Preferred Assets (not required)

· OSHA 10 hour certification

· OSHA 30 hour certification

· Other solar training
