Job Description

Title: HVAC Administrative Coordinator

Reports to: Residential & Commercial Construction Manager

JOB SUMMARY:

The role of the HVAC Administrative Coordinator is to coordinate field activities of technicians and other field staff. This includes answering incoming calls, scheduling work requests, and constant communication with supervisors and field staff.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Schedule and create work orders for HVAC installations, repairs, and maintenance

· Coordinate and oversee daily technician schedules for all work orders/jobs

· Follow up and follow through with crews and supervisors on schedules

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, such as strong written and verbal communication
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Detail-orientated with ability to multitask and problem-solve
  • Professional and courteous telephone manner and friendly demeanor
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills

EXPERIENCE:

· Experience with utilizing judgement in order to plan and accomplish goals

  • General office experience, including answering phones, greeting customers, etc.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at a time
  • Able to travel as needed
