Primary function of the Position:
This role reports directly to the Program Manager for Residential and Community Support Services. The behavior analyst for Adult Programs--Behavioral Health Service is responsible for developing and implementing each client’s behavioral health programs in collaboration with the Program Manager. The behavior analyst also clinically supports all staff on the assigned caseload. The Behavior Analyst is responsible for supervising all behavioral health services being provided on the assigned caseload as specified on insurance authorizations.

Well Established company is expanding (again)! Join the team of BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs. Services include 1:1 ABA therapy (home, school and community settings), parent training, local school district consultation, and ABA/educational services.
Responsibilities may include: conducting assessments, creating treatment goals, ensuring treatment fidelity, tracking progress aligning with electronic data collection system, providing staff trainings, and supervision of assigned BCaBAs and RBTs.
- Must be BCBA
- OR able to sit for BCBA exam.
- Experience in multiple settings (center, home, school) is preferred.
