A call center floor manager who can demonstrate excellent customer service, Communication, organization, proper decision-making, analytical and multitasking skills. Need to be detail-oriented. You will be responsible for overseeing the call center staff, operations, and give the required support to make sure our call center employees have the right tools needed to be successful in their positions as well as, provide management support to the general manager and report all activities to her. Phone Burner Experience is a plus
Bilingual is a plus (Spanish) but not a requirement
Must have an iPhone 8 or above or Galaxy 9 or above smartphone internet access available.
Reliable customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment.
Prior experience in management of multiple employees
Customer Service Management
Working knowledge of call centers and metrics
Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically , and identify and resolve problems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills
Telemarketing experience required
3 years of lead generation and sales required
Ensuring sales success for our call center agents
You will generate your own leads and make appointments for our sales team through our phone system
Train and develop lead generation through our call center
Train on utilizing GMail and Google calendar properly
Train and coach proper communication skills when speaking with potential customers in order to successfully generate an appointment for our sales team
Managing all calls incoming and outgoing with our call center
Train and monitor the average handling time an agent interacts with a client as well as oversee their performance.
Effectively overseeing all call metrics
Set call center department goals, adhere, and enforce departmental policies and procedures.
Identify challenges, formulate solutions, and implement them in order to reach successful conclusions
Manage call center agent issues with the Sales Manager and General Manager to ensure that files are up to date and cataloged
Provide expertise and guidance to all new call center recruits from training to floor processes
This job does require you to work from our local office located in Victorville, California and you will be working various hours and requires weekends.
