We are seeking a Customer Service Rep. to join our team! You will be responsible for helping our customers by providing product information, resoling technical issues and quoting/processing orders to fill their needs.
* Handle Customer inquiries and provide information about our Products and Services.
* Process orders for both Stock and Custom Business Forms.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns with orders including expediting
* Document and update customer records based on interactions with client.
* Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services.
* Previous experience in customer service, sales or other related fields.
* ability to build rapport with clients and staff
* Ability to prioritize and multitask and have good memory of daily activity.
* Positive and professional demeanor at all times.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, email, fax, phone, scanning of document for distribution.
* Strong work ethic with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Experience in the printing industry is a plus.
* We will train new hire on our system and industry served.
