JOB TITLE: Credit Administration Specialist

Reports to: Credit Administration Specialist
Education requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field. Prior banking or public accounting experience preferred.
Experience or Skill requirements:
Highly detail oriented
Strong analytical & data manipulation skills
Strong Microsoft Excel programming skills including pivot tables, macros, etc.
Assist with loan portfolio reporting to include loan portfolio concentrations, trends, risk ratings, etc.
Assist in preparing the Company’s quarterly current expected credit lossanalysis (CECL) reserve through the Loan Loss Analyzer system inconjunction with internal excel programs.
Assist in preparing quarterly loan disclosures for the Company’s 10Q &10K.
Assist in completing data selection for due diligence assignments and compiling loan reports upon completion, as necessary.
Assist in Data mapping for loans for mergers to ensure accuracy uponsystem conversion.
Assist in post-merger functions to include loan coding, scanning, collateral reviews, credit reviews, etc.
Assist in completing quarterly board reports for the Audit & ComplianceCommittee meetings.
Assist in preparing monthly & quarterly reports for the accounting department.
Assist the Credit Department with various projects as deemed necessary.
Other duties as assigned.
Strong relationships to be maintained with the accounting department, internal & external auditors, Credit Department, Loan Review Department, and members of Senior Management.
