Assistant Manager - Commercial Services

Sullivan Tire currently has an opportunity for Assistant Manager for our Commercial location in North Haven, CT.

We are a family owned and operated business with over 100 locations throughout New England including 15 Commercial Truck Centers and 3 Bandag retread manufacturing facilities.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Assisting with store management and leading Sales functions for the assigned store location.
• Ensure optimal performance and profitability while delivering the highest quality of service and customer satisfaction to grow business and increase sales.
• Hands-on work, as needed, with Commercial Tire service
• Work closely with management to increase profitability through improved efficiencies and productivity levels.
• Adhere to internal controls, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong customer service oriented attitude. Training provided for the right candidate.
• Solid experience with computers in a professional environment
• Willing to be hands-on and perform Commercial Tire Service as needed.
• Strong telephone skills with the ability to provide customers with product information, schedule appointments, and handle their tire and service needs
• Solid understanding of tire and commercial service industry – mechanical preferred
• Dependable Transportation
• Verifiable Work History
• High School Diploma or equivalent. Technical Degree a plus!
