Job Description

Seeking a qualified individual to serve as Head of school.

The primary responsibilities of the Director are, though not limited to:

-Educational Leadership

-Enrollments

-Public Relations and Communication

-Financial Management

-Compliance (with applicable Federal, State, district, and local licensing rules)

 

Qualifications and Experience:

• Knowledge of teacher observation/evaluation methods

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional leadership including at least 2 years in school administration

• Knowledge of Montessori teaching methodologies (preferred)

• Childcare Director’s license

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other MS Windows applications, Procare a plus

Salary Range:

Highly competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience
