MARKETING MANAGER

If so, you might be one of us! Suds Creative is seeking a motivated Marketing Manager to join our rapidly growing creative agency. This position is located in Meridian, Idaho.

The role

As a Marketing Manager, your primary responsibility is driving client revenue and managing the relationship with the client! You dive into to client’s key performance indicators, evaluate past campaign performance and use internal resources to develop creative marketing strategies aimed to increase client revenue and make a big impact!

No two days at Suds are the same, but, in general, your responsibilities will include:

• Translating client goals into strategic marketing plans

• Developing and managing client promotions and campaigns across channels

• Analyzing KPI reports and campaign performance

• Developing strategies to optimize campaign performance

• Collaborating with the accounts and creative teams to produce client results

• Collaborating with fellow accounts team members to develop new campaign ideas and client solutions

• Communicating with clients daily to communicate strategy rollout, campaign performance and any adjustments needed

Preferred qualifications:

• Demonstrated marketing team or creative agency experience with a track record of driving measurable results for clients

• Deep understanding of digital and traditional marketing channels and a history of leveraging them to deliver ROI-based campaigns and initiatives

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business or equivalent experience

• Customer support or client relationship management experience

• Experience with all major social media platforms and with project management software

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
