Job Description

A Full-Service Lending & Financial services company founded to help individuals enter the lending industry with a successful turnkey platform. You'll have the opportunity to offer small business loans, business loan alternatives up to one million dollars ($1,000,000.00), also known as merchant cash advances (or, in CA, simply​ referred to as business loans), to business owners in all 50 states.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Applicants must be hard working, highly motivated and punctual.
  • Must have a minimum of GED/ High School Diploma
  • High degree of passion and energy for commission-based sales
  • Applicants must be RESULTS - DRIVEN and persistent.
  • Comfortable interacting with business clients
  • Articulate and well-spoken
  • Professional attitude and work habits
  • Strong time management skills essential
  • Knowledge of CRM, MS OFFICE, OUTLOOK.
  • Bilingual is a PLUS (Not preferred)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Educate potential customers about the benefits our service offers and sell products
  • Prospect and pitch leads through a soft sell approach while building and maintaining relationships
  • Build quality sales relationships with both new clients and existing clients
  • Manage and maintain a growing and recurring book of business
  • Be responsive to client's needs and work to foster the growth of our business over time

Experience as one of the following preferred:

  • Recent College Grad
  • Stockbroker
  • Financial Adviser
  • Mortgage Broker - Loan Originator
  • Life Insurance Sale Rep (Aflac, New York Life, etc...)
  • Student Debt Consolidator
  • Out bound Call Center Rep
