The Call Center Agent position at Studio41 is a call center position offering representatives a chance to work in customer service, inbound call answering, and online sales. Studio41 is the largest home design showroom in the Chicagoland Area, assisting homeowners, contractors, and trade professionals with their home project needs. A call center agent must be a flexible team player with a positive, friendly attitude and ability to assist customers with a wide variety of needs.
- Daily call center phone coverage, handling a wide range of customer needs.
- Maintain phone system knowledge for a large, growing company while staying current with any changes with the phone system, employee, and customer changes.
- Daily tracking and monitoring of inbound calls.
- Flexibility to work Monday-Saturday, with Sunday and one additional day off per week. Flexible schedule between 7 AM-6 PM.
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Call center, customer service, and/or receptionist experience preferred.
- Ability to assist with a wide variety of tasks, such as online sales and call tracking.
- Must possess an eagerness to grow, learn, and develop new skills with Studio41.
