Immediate opening for an administrative assistant/receptionist in Central Phoenix. We are a well-established insurance agency in Phoenix that provides insurance and risk management services to professional firms throughout Arizona. This is a great entry level position that sets up the right candidate for future growth/promotion. Applicants looking for short-term employment need not apply. A successful candidate should possess the following qualities:

* Reliable, with can-do attitude
* Team player, adaptable to working with coworkers
* 1+ years administrative assistant experience
* Experience in insurance industry is preferred but not required
* Customer service oriented...must have strong "people skills"
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong computer skills, including MS Office
* Detail-oriented, able to organize and manage multiple projects
* Flexible, able to adapt quickly to change
* Professional Appearance

Duties Include but are not limited to:

* Greeting Clients
* Answering Phones
* Policy and Account Service
* Coordination of events
* Drafting of letters/emails to clients
* Ordering/Maintaining office supplies
* Creating/editing spreadsheets/presentations
* Special Projects
