WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Coordination of executive travel, calendars and email.
  • Assistance with executive expense reports.
  • Coordination of events including but not limited to: National Sales Meeting, Mid-Year Sales Meeting, Fall and Spring Corporate and National Accounts meetings, Roundtable meeting.
  • Assistance with trade show logistics.  
  • Assist sales teams with various needs (Product Fairs, etc.).
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.

WHAT YOU NEED

  • High school education or equivalent required, Associates degree preferred. 
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
  •  Eagerness to assist internal and external customers.
  • Possess attention to detail.
  • Event/meeting planning experience preferred.

  • Exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, etc. 

Work environment: 

  •  Adherence to all company policies and to act as a role model in the adherence to policies.
  • As a member of the HCS team, responsible for contributing to the achievement of business objectives.
  • Flexibility to work unconventional hours as business dictates.
  • Independent achiever in a customer-focused (internal/external) team environment.
  • Ability to work in an environment where priorities can change rapidly.
  • Travel up to 5% annually, may include some weekend travel.
     

Work From Home: No

Travel Percentage: Up to 25%
