Maintain fast and accurate service, positive guest relations, and consistent product and quality standards.
Assist GM in control of day-to-day operations, including: runner/frontline coordinator, order taker/ dining room attendant, grill operator, sandwich maker, fry station, drinks, and cashier.
Assist GM in the control of profit and loss (P&L) by following cash control and security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions.
Inspire, motivate, and discipline team members as required.
Have a welcoming attitude and possess high energy in delivering exceptional customer service.
Able to quickly identify and resolve issues in a cost-effective manner.
Capable of managing in a fast paced environment, adapting to any situation, and making solid decisions.
High school diploma; a college degree is a plus.
2+ years management experience in some capacity.
2+ years experience in high-volume, full service pub-restaurant.
Basic accounting skills and strong analytical skills a plus.
Management, leadership, supervisor training or certification a plus.
