Wellness Studio Sales and General Manager

StretchLab is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Studio Manager to drive sales and support operations for our upcoming new stretching studio that will be located in Marietta, Ga-West Cobb. The job will offer the opportunity to grow, as the owners are opening 3 studios in the area.Position:The ideal Studio Manager will be primarily responsible for driving studio sales and memberships. This role is comprised of 80-90% sales and 10-20% staff management and studio operations. The manager will actively pursue enrollments of new members, obtaining leads, giving studio tours, scheduling, establishing community relationships, and managing the studio team.

Responsibilities:
Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and Networking
Follow-up on leads, making 250+ follow-up calls a week
Coordinate offsite marketing and sales events, partnering with other local businesses
Ensure sales goals and KPIs are effectively managed
Implement sales process to schedule prospects into Intro class
Drive Membership sales through outside sales and business development efforts
Manage staff schedule

Requirements:
2+ years of sales experience.
Experience opening new fitness/wellness studios (preferred)
Membership sales experience
Ability to work independently and collaborate with studio owner
Ability to manage and drive all revenue streams from membership sales to retail
Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email.
Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment.
An affinity and passion for fitness/wellness.
Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Professional, punctual, reliable and neat.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information.

Proficiency with computers and Studio software.
