Full Stack Java Developer

What you’ll do

 Our team is looking for talented engineers for a highly visible and impactful internal product. This is a hands-on software developer position where you will be expected to balance tactical needs with strategic goals, while keeping a product ownership approach to software development. Responsibilities range from production support to architectural design. Specifically, you will:

- Write tested, idiomatic, and documented Angular & Java code
- Communicate with internal systems and services, and external web services to acquire and distribute content
- Execute and coordinate with UI development to build effective and achievable products and processes

- Experience creating self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components
- Must actively practice clean coding practices (SOLID, continuous refactoring, testing)
- Proficiency in .Java
- Knowledge of:
o            Angular
o            Modern JavaScript (ES6+), CSS,HTML5
o            CSS and JS methods for providing performant visual effects
- Comfort operating in a fast paced, Agile environment
- Fluency in operating with databases
- Fluency with Git source code management
- Experience writing extensive unit tests using automated TDD tasks
- Creating configuration, build, and test scripts for Continuous Integration environments
